Application Timeline and Application Form

Step 1

Family makes application to Meeting, following the procedures and timetables established by the Meeting.

Step 2

Meeting uses its own process and criteria to determine awards from Meeting funds. Meeting clerk signs the application form validating meeting membership.

Step 3

Application must be delivered to the school. School gathers information from family, and determines whether the family is eligible for aid.

Step 4

The school gives a list of eligible students to FCE by June 1.

Step 5

FCE provides schools and PYM with final information to confirm family’s expected award. PYM will notify meetings of awards.

Step 6

FCE and monthly & quarterly meetings disburse aid to Friends schools on behalf of qualifying families.
